Radin
ACCL-R300 Series automatic Changeover with Current Limiter is mainly used for household or light industrial to protect the generator from overload and over/under voltage conditions.
ACCL is recommended for neccessary loads like tube-lights, fans, computer, TV etc, and connect heavy loads such as motors directly on the Mains EB.
Only ACCL is powered by generator, then it start monitoring Mains&Genset supply. If load on Mains and Mains fail then ACCL will automatically changeover the load to Genset after a preset time delay.
When Mains resumes, ACCL shift load to Mains after a preset time delay, but if mains resumes and Genset switch OFF immediately then load gets transferred to Mains immediately.
In case of Overload condition on Genset:
When OVERLOAD happens and load on Genset side, ACCL will disconnect supply to load and the TRIP light will be ON as warning.
ACCL will re-connect the load after 1st re-close time delay to check the overload condition, if overload still exist during 2min, ACCL will disconnect supply to load again, ACCL in trip statues.
ACCL will repeat re-close cycles for preset re-close cycles ( default 5 cycles), after OVERLOAD still happens after pre-set cycles, then ACCL will disconnect the load supply and lock in disconnect status.
To restore the supply:
a): Switch OFF the non-essential load
b): Press RESET button on ACCL to resume normal working
