RD2F series AC contactors are mainly used for control circuit with AC 50/60Hz, rated voltage 400V/690VAC, rated working current from 115A to 630A with utilization category AC-3, for remote open and close the circuit and frequent starting and control of motors.
RD2F series AC contactors are with energy-saving electromagnetic operations. The power supply for the electromagnetic coil is universal for AC and DC.
RD2F contactor can be equipped with anto-power fluctuation device to protect load equipment from short time fluctuation, other optional modular such as communication control module, motor protection module available as per request to meet different circuit control and protection needs.
Innovative design
Contact System: Fixed contact with U shape design to change the current flow direction and reduce the electromagnetic repulsion force, more reliable contact and reduce material abrasion;
Contact System: U shape arc guiding plate design, increase the magnetic forces with fast arc extinguish performance;
Arc Chamber: With horizontal stepped arrangement to shorten the arc routing path, increase arc extinguish speed;
Arc Chamber: U shape arc conducting plate design shorten the moving contact arc moving routing path, reduce contact abrasion, extend the electrical working life;
Build in micro switch for better remote monitoring;
New designed moving contact pulling rod to ensure contactor with stable and reliable open and close
Inside coil adopt double winding, increase with energy saving electronic control modular, reduce the holding voltage after contactor closed, to reduce the control power consumption.
