The contact system components are mainly composed of base, substrate, static and dynamic
contact, arc chute cover, flash barrier, transformer, terminal block, and card plate, etc., these are CPS’s main circuit part, it’s base is made of thermosetting injection molding material, meets
both electrical strength and structural dimensional accuracy requirements, stable and reliable,
The transformer is a wide current range protection transformer with high magnetic saturation
current, cascading fixed installation, soft connecting wire through the core, on the upper and
lower terminals of the base , Install flash barrier (serial interval isolating), to improve safety use. The product base is available in two mounting styles, standard rail mounting and fixed mounting.
2. Operating Mechanism Components
Operating mechanism is mainly composed of transmission handle, energy storage spring, jumper, lock, shunt, and split push rod. Compact structure, accurate and reliable action, fast and smooth tripping (tripping mechanism of switch’s manual operation and short-circuit instantaneous).
Integrated shunt release and its micro switch and mechanism, stable connection and secure action;
Hand-operated transmission adopts nicety cast zinc parts with high strength and reliable transmission, ergonomic shape operating handle.
Tight junctions between mechanical parts and the other components.
3. Electromagnetic Operating Components
Mainly used for making and breaking of the switch, DC excitation structure electromagnetic component has AlNiCo, to facilitate quick action and saving energy;
Electromagnetic component and the base are hinged by a hole shaft, fastened connection;
Electromagnet is linked with auxiliary parts, adopting the direct push mode, facilitating and secure action.
4. Auxiliary Circuit Components
Integrated auxiliary control circuit and the auxiliary signal circuit, smooth action with other components, reliable motion control;
