Auto changeover switches standard copper wiring terminals are incoming from top and output load copper terminals from the bottom, however, frequently asked by oversea customers for reserved copper terminals, after study and test, it's available now from 100A-1600A. RDS2-250 200 amp Auto Transfer Switches 3 Phase Changeover Switches
Regular Auto changeover switch's copper wiring terminals is incoming from top and outcoming load copper from the bottom (load), however, we found a reserve copper terminals that are requested by oversea customers. After study and test, we can provide the option that ATS's copper terminals are bottom input and top output, this copper terminals are available at RDS2 100A-1600A. Below pictures is an example of 250A ATS reverse copper terminal. Note: If customer need reserved copper terminals, please specify at ordering.
ATS Normal copper terminals are top input, bottom load output.
Reversed copper terminals are bottom input, top load output, available from 100A to 1600A.

RDS2-100-630A Auto Transfer Switch Control And Operation (Suitable For Rated Current 16A~1600A)
101~103: Main power external indicator signal (Active AC230V/0.5A)
101- Indicator common port 102- Main power indicator signal output 103- Main power ON signal output 201~203: Backup power external indicator signal (Active AC230V/0.5A)
201- Indicator common port 202- Backup power indicator signal output 203- Backup power ON signal output 301~302: DC 24V aux. power input for generator start
301- DC24V positive input 302-DC24V negative input
401, 404: Fire linkage control signal input and feedback signal output
401, 402: Fire linkage control signal voltage-free signal input, if the signal from fire-fighting equipment is an active signal, firstly must be coverted by a smll power relay, then connect relay's NO point to 401, 402, NO contacts closing, then ATS transfer to OFF position.
403, 404: Feedback signal output when ATS transfer to OFF position, means that ATS has cutoff load power supply
Notes: when fire linkage signals actived, ATS will stop working, when emergency is over, to make ATS work again, firslty remove or disconnect fire-fighting signal, then switch once the AUTO/MANuU button, then ATS will go back to normal working mode.
501~503: Generator staarter control signals
When the backup power is generator, user can connect 501~503 terminals to the generator's controller to use generator auto starter function. 501~503 terminals internal is a set of voltage-free relay contacts, 502 is relay's common terminal, 503 is relay's NC point, 501 is relay's NO point; when main power is normal, 501 and 502 are closed, 503 and 501 are opening, if main power failure, 501 and 502 are opening, meanwhile 503 and 502 are closed, and sending generator starter signal to start the back-up generator.
